GREENBMG is a Waterloo-based clean-energy startup specializing in solar hot water heating systems for industrial and commercial clients. Our systems help manufacturers, food processors, and breweries dramatically reduce energy costs while meeting sustainability goals.

A working demonstration system in Waterloo
Active leads with industrial clients
A clear, proven value proposition
Now we’re looking for the right sales professional to help us convert leads and grow our first wave of customers.
The Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional who is comfortable selling high-value, technical solutions to industrial decision-makers.
This is an ideal role for someone who:
Likes commission-driven earnings
Enjoys opening doors and closing real deals
Wants to grow with an early-stage company
You’ll focus on B2B sales, targeting industries with high hot-water demand such as food processing, beverage production, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up and develop warm and cold leads
Identify and engage decision-makers (owners, plant managers, operations managers)
Present GREENBMG’s solutions to industrial clients (with technical support provided)
Coordinate site visits and system demonstrations
Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to contract signing
Help refine sales messaging based on real market feedback
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales (industrial, energy, HVAC, construction, or technical sales is a strong asset)
Comfortable selling $100,000–$200,000+ projects
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and independent (startup mindset)
Based in or able to travel within Ontario
Compensation
Base salary (meets Ontario minimum requirements)
High commission per closed project
Realistic earning potential tied directly to performance
