GREENBMG has also created worksheets for students for various grade levels. As the grades progress, the worksheets discuss more complex methods of solar energy.

GREENBMG is looking to partner with the Canadian government to create solutions for issues that the country is facing. As many countries are taking steps in the right direction regarding sustainability, it is certain that there will be a learning curve.
As technology rapidly evolves, we are being made aware of more and more issues that require fast-acting solutions. It may seem like the most prominent global warming issues such as changing rain patterns will not have a severe impact on Canada, but it is important to note that the sea levels in Canada are increasing drastically. In Canada, warming is occurring at about double the global rate, because of our northern geography. In British Columbia's north coast, the water is predicted to go up by 50 cm over the next 80 years if global warming continues at this rate. As we lose snow and sea ice, surfaces become less reflective, which means more sunlight is being absorbed, leading to even more melting and even more warming. (source)
The burning of fossil fuels is a contributing factor to the rising sea levels. The creation of greenhouse gasses is causing icebergs, glaciers, ice, and snow to melt. When these melt and the water is heated, it causes expansion, adding water to the ocean. (source)
Most students and engineers are familiar with the concept of the law of conservation of energy, but there needs to be special attention paid to the lack of conservation of thermal energy. To facilitate real change, innovators must change their design process from focusing on the law of conservation of energy to prioritizing design that does not release more heat into the atmosphere. It is now the time to open the eyes of our society to the inexistence of the conservation of thermal energy.
Although Canada should prioritize this issue, we cannot act as an isolated country. GREENBMG believes that Canada should be in direct communication with other countries that are dealing with different climate change issues.
One of the most important ways for Canada to get ahead of this crisis is to educate our younger generations on global issues such as these. By creating a culture of placing high importance on sustainable solutions, Canada can reap many rewards. Students will grow into different areas with sustainability and problem-solving at the forefront.
